Henry Jones

Acting CEO and COO

As an experienced CEO and Managing Director, Henry Jones has over 20 years experience in venture building and leading technology related businesses across Australia and North America.

Henry is a “break-through” leader, guiding organisations through inflection points, such as new markets, new growth, pivot of assets and culture, transformation, alliances and complex partnering.

Prior to joining BioCurate, Henry was CEO of IncentiaPay and Entertainment Publications, leading the digital turnaround and transformation.  Previously, 20 years with IBM in 10 different roles of progressive responsibility across ANZ, USA and Canada – having started, stabilized, and grown global businesses (up to $350M of annual revenue).

In addition, Henry is the founder of, and investor in, a handful of early-stage entrepreneurial ventures in the US (VC and PE).  Early career as a lawyer (corporate law and infrastructure projects).

Education: LLB / BA (Economics and Politics) from Melbourne University and Harvard MBA.
