Michele Neisemann

Operations Manager

Michele Neisemann is an experienced operations and administration professional with extensive experience spanning research and development, biotechnology, management consultancy, and legal environments.

As Operations Manager of BioCurate, she plays a key role in establishing and refining the Company’s operational management and administration, including IT, finance, human resources, and governance systems, ensuring strong organisational support for BioCurate’s project pipeline and compliance with regulatory bodies such as ASIC, ACNC, and ATO.

Prior to joining BioCurate, Michele held senior administrative and project roles at CSL, the Australian Stem Cell Centre, the Gene CRC, Cerylid BioSciences, and AMRAD Corporation where she contributed to HR, strategic business operations, education, communications and project management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
